Candolim Beach - Dolphin spotting

Spotting
Dolphins on the beach is one of our favourite ways of passing the time.
Whilst not visible every day, sometimes you can be treated to a
spectacular Dolphin display from the beach and these shows are free. Dolphin boat trips can be arranged which
guarantee sightings, but not necessarily "jumping dolphins".

We
apologise for the lack of clarity of these photos, but feel they are
worth showing so you can get a feel for it. These pictures were all
taken from Candolim beach, with the Dolphins about 100~400m away

These
shots were taken on a different day, when we were treated to a swim
past by a group of about 8 dolphins. At one stage they were probably
about 30~50 metres from the beach. They weren't "jumping" just
leisurely gliding past, perhaps that was down to the heat.
