| Christas 2018 & New Year 2019 Wow! Here we are again, 9 months on in flat F4 for our 4th stay in the wonderful Regal Park. It's our first time for Xmas and NY in Goa. We noticed it was cooler weather and less people for some reason. Thank you Colin for your suggestion for Chritnmas Day at the Lemon Tree hotel nearby - we had a blast! We went to Dom's shack for New Years Eve - wow the fireworks were amazing on the beach all the way from Sinquerim to Baga. Thank you Colin for sorting out the wi-fi and hot water issues so quickly during our stay. We will be back in 8 weeks!! See you in March +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ |

| This is our 3rd stay at F4
in Regal Park. We were here in 2012 and 2014. Colin organised a
different flat in 2016. Now in 2018 we are back in this lovely
apartment! Regal Park is still beautiful, peaceful, clean and secure. We got used to all the different 'birdsongs' around the grounds. Natural alarm clock! (if not hungover) Flat F4 still has all the modern facilities as a home from home - less power cuts this time. We made good use of the washing machine, microwave, AC, cooker etc. We appreciated the wi-fi connection from Colin's flat below - so thank you for that....... We have booked for Christmas & New Year 2019 with Colin - our holiday has been amazing. sadly only 2 weeks this time but better than none. The beauty of coming
back here, in particular staying at Regal Park, is that we can relax
from the moment we arrive. As per usual we have been very well looked after by Colin who set us up with everything we needed on day one. this place too much because I worry that we will not get back in. Colin
is a star, super relaxed & will help you with anything you need -
this year for me work needed some information which Colin kindly
facilitated. We have been coming here (Regal Park) since 2009 and it truly feels like home from home. Our son is totally relaxed here and we always feel safe. Park is like a home from home, we have been coming for quite a few years
now and only continue to do so because of the accommodation. Colin -
top man and thanks for your patience. have a "home from home" with all the facilities provided for our
use. We found staying in the apartments different from the hotels
we have stayed in before and they were nicely furnished, comfortable and
clean. The complex itself was conveniently placed for access to the
shops, restaurants and going to the beach. We would definitely consider booking a rental home in Goa again with you for the next time we decide to come to Goa. | A very well equipped apartment providing a clean & safe environment. Ideal for families with young children. Do make use of Colin's driver, he is very reasonable, and is a nice guy. Use the small shops outside the main gate, they are much cheaper than the supermarket. Go to see the waterfalls, the drive is quite bumpy and the walk is uneven, but well worth it. beginning of the season, so very quiet and great to see the place coming
to life. Apartment excellent, staff so friendly and Colin answered all
our questions with great knowledge of the area. Recommend St Anthony's shack on Baga beach for sunset and a great meal. Mango Grove for a fun, chilled night out and quality food - Jazz for good food. 6 years now, and if you've been before you'll know that you're always a
little disappointed with the hotels in one way or another! So we
thought we would give it a try to book a privately owned apartment and
I'm so glad we did, it's so much bigger, quieter and had loads of
electrical points, great Fridge freezer, TV, DVD modern A/c units etc.
