The front balcony is accessed via double
doors from the lounge. It is 7m long and West facing so gets the
sunshine mid afternoon to early evening. This makes it a very pleasant
place to be at all times of the day. 
The balcony overlooks the
landscaped
gardens and pools (the closest of which is just 10m
away).
It has plenty of space for sitting out
and
watching the world go by. The
balcony is private and apart from one of two close neighbours is not
overlooked.
It is the perfect place for winding down
at the end of the
day. The balcony has a table and chairs and there are lights and power
points so you don't have to sit in the darkThe Master Bedroom (front facing) also has direct access to the front balcony.
There is a separate rear balcony, accessed via the second bedroom
